Our coaching approach is values led and based on concepts from transformational learning, positive psychology, emotional intelligence and mindfulness within in a social justice framework.
We understand the complex strategic context within which leaders, organisations and individuals operate in delivering human services. That helps us coach leaders to develop their authentic style, manage hard situations and make decisions that have a positive impact. By linking goals and actions we help leaders and Boards create a clear line of sight on their progress, be accountable and improve their results.
We tailor the coaching process to the goals and aspirations of the individual or group and use highly flexible approaches.
