A People Centered Approach
Donna Bevan founded Connect Consulting in 1993 to provide training, facilitation, engagement and consultancy services to the not for profit and government sectors. Over the past 25 years, Connect Consulting has supported hundreds of organisations, government departments and projects through consultancy, engagement, training and facilitation.
We have trained thousands of workers in NSW, and more recently across Australia and New Zealand, in human services practice, leadership and in specific areas such as mental health first aid and community and stakeholder engagement. We have coached a range of NFP leaders, assisting them to build their capacity, capability and the effectiveness of their organisations.
Steeped deeply in listening and respect, with a focus on social justice and bringing the voices of those often silenced by disadvantage into discussions, Connect Consulting has continued to work within this framework, even as we have diversified to new areas and content.
Over the years, we have grown our work to include a specialist engagement practice, working on infrastructure and community projects that bring all the voices to the table to help design and deliver better community outcomes.
